Development concept for inner city skateboard plaza including research
on global and local skateboarding (street skating) trends, identifying
suitable inner city locations and developing concept and costing for
preferred site.

Framework 2008
Development guidelines drawn up for western areas. Bus Rapid Transport
route incorporated as development catalyst.

heritage and analysis of status quo.

Wattville CBD Urban Renewal Framework 2005
Strategic urban upgrade plan outlining investment of public funds into
area in order to upgrade and render CBD investor friendly. Project included
the design of a taxi interchange, community hall, informal market, public
toilets and extensive landscaping of disused open spaces.

Phoenix East Spatial Development Framework 2005
Development framework for 10 000 housing units. Upper, middle and low
income housing is integrated, taking into account topography, views,
natural features and existing constraints.

Precinct design and strategic upgrade of Bekkersdal CBD, including planning
of new informal market.

Tourism Signage Strategy for Gauteng Province 2003
Development of a tourism signage strategy for the entire province identifying
locations and concepts for regional gateways, destination markers and
information interfaces. Several new tourism routes were implemented,
signposted by brown sign.
